My job is my passion. It is an expression of my belief of how to support the emerging of new, professional understanding of how people develop in their workplaces and how to support people in the journey of their professional and personal development.
I have worked as a management trainer since 2000, specializing in improvement of management skills. Since 2010 I am also working as a supervisor, since 2015 - as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) specialist.
My professional experience comes from working as a Head of Swedbank Academy, Human Resources manager at AS DnB Nord banka, and before that — as the employee development specialist at AS Hansabanka.
I obtained my higher professional education in supervision from the Institute of Fine Arts of Tallinn University (Estonia) and in the programme "Organization Development, Inter-cultural Supervision and Coaching" at the "Institut fur supervision organisation kommunikation" (Germany). Education in CBT obtained in ODYSSEA International CBT Institute (Czech Republic in collaboration with Latvian Association of CBT). I also have higher education in mathematics (Latvia University, 1993) and professional higher education in economics (Latvia University, 2000).
Co-autor of book "Supervision. Latvian Association of Supervisors. Experience Stories of Supervisors." (The Latvian Association of Supervisors, publisher "Sava grāmata", 2023).
